Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with a team to conduct financial statement audits, ensuring accuracy and reliability of client financial information while maintaining professional integrity. Develop clear and structured audit documentation reflecting an understanding of client processes and technology systems. Execute and document testing of client controls and financial statement account balances with guidance. Support a high-quality audit process through diligent execution of assigned tasks and professional interactions with clients and teams. Utilize Data and Analytics to enhance audits, employing technologies and tools like AI, Excel, Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Accountancy or related field. On track to meet educational requirements for CPA licensure in the state of employment before starting as an Audit Associate. Must have relevant coursework or a minor in information systems, software engineering, computer science, or data analytics. Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above; experience in data analysis tools is advantageous. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards; proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Strong communication, time management, and relationship-building skills; ability to demonstrate sound professional judgment. Must be able to commute to the office location and may require travel for client site engagements. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is mandatory.
