Job Description Senior Consultant - Cash Management Solutions Join our team as a key leader in cash management consulting, where you will make a significant impact by driving innovative solutions. Lead the project team in crafting and implementing innovative solutions that meet our clients’ financial needs. Oversee solution design and implementation, ensuring high-performance software solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Analyze and translate business requirements to ensure Oracle solutions effectively meet customer goals, utilizing industry best practices and in-depth product knowledge. Demonstrate sound judgment and business acumen in selecting the right methods and techniques for delivering complex functional and technical solutions. Act as a self-starter, providing guidance to project teams and influencing customer leadership on pivotal decisions. Participate in business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and project extensions. Address and resolve complex customer issues by proposing effective solutions. Responsibilities Preferred Qualifications At least 5 years of relevant functional consulting experience. Experience in team leadership or management roles is preferred. Business process expertise in: Oracle Cloud: 4-5 years in areas such as Cash Management, Treasury processes, managing global bank accounts, cash forecasting, and more. 5-10 years of demonstrated implementation experience in Record to Report processes, including Cash Management & Treasury. Proven ability to lead bank integrations for cash flows with trading partners. Experience managing complex data conversion cycles while implementing best practices in global, multi-currency bank accounts. BS in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience. CPA or relevant certifications are a plus. Strong product or technical expertise relevant to our practice focus. Excellent communication abilities and a knack for building rapport with clients and team members. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Willingness to travel up to 30% as required. Range and benefit information is specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring range from $71,200 to $158,200 annually. Eligible for bonus and equity.
