You'll play a key role in financial due diligence engagements, working directly with clients and leadership to deliver strategic insights on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. Key Responsibilities Include: Leading or supporting quality of earnings, working capital, and net debt analyses Preparing due diligence reports and financial data books Managing client relationships and coordinating communications Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a strong team culture Ensuring timely, accurate execution of deliverables across engagements Ideal Candidates Will Have: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 3-7+ years of experience in transaction advisory or public accounting Strong knowledge of GAAP and prior experience with financial due diligence Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills Clear, confident communication and organizational abilities
