Position Overview A well-respected and growing engineering and construction firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager for Wastewater Treatment to take on significant leadership responsibilities. You will be at the forefront of shaping the strategic direction, growth, and operations of the wastewater division. Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of wastewater projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies to ensure streamlined project execution. Lead and mentor junior project managers and field staff. Develop comprehensive project budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies. Identify and implement strategies for improving division processes and project delivery methods. Gradually expand your role to include division oversight, business development, and P&L management. Act as a prominent leader within the division, fostering trust and confidence among clients and stakeholders. Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in wastewater, water treatment, or municipal infrastructure sectors. Demonstrated ability to manage several projects while leading diverse project teams. Strong understanding of wastewater systems, construction methodologies, and environmental regulations. Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred, or Engineer in Training (EIT) with considerable project management experience.
