Description Position: OBGYN Physician Location: Jacksonville, FL Job Type: Full-time A well-established women's health group in the Jacksonville area is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join its experienced team. This position offers a strong balance of clinical work, excellent hospital support, and the stability of a respected practice with long-term community ties. • Work-life balance supported by a 24/7 hospitalist coverage model • Competitive base salary plus productivity incentives • 25 days of PTO and 8 paid holidays annually • Deliver at one hospital • Shared 1:5 call rotation • OBHG hospitalist coverage for additional support • Three office locations with a team of 7 physicians and 2 APRNs • CMA 1:1 provider support • Dedicated GYN triage (3 nurses) and OB triage (2 nurses) • On-site mammography and sonography for comprehensive care Compensation & Benefits • Base salary with productivity bonus potential • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Company-paid malpractice coverage • 401(k) with company match • $3,500 CME allowance • 25 days PTO plus 8 holidays • Participation in an annual CME summit Qualifications • MD or DO • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (ABOG or AOBOG) • Active or eligible Florida medical license and DEA certification • BLS certification • Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
