We are seeking a passionate Senior Consultant for Change who is not only experienced but invigorated by the opportunity to help shape the future of patient care. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you will report to the Director of Business Transformation and Change Management. Your primary responsibilities will include driving adoption, inspiring stakeholders, and embedding lasting change initiatives across a complex and regulated healthcare environment. Often, patients are unable to complete prescribed therapy due to intricate qualification processes, unaffordable costs, or uncertainty about their medications. Responsibilities Change Project Planning: Design and execute change strategies and plans that support assigned digital/AI changes within the Director's business transformation portfolio across patient services, Centers of Excellence (COEs), commercial technology, and pharmacy operations. Analysis: Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, build change personas, and evaluate readiness to inform successful project implementations. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong partnerships across Patient Access, Case Management, Specialty Hubs, Pharmacy Operations, IT, and executive leadership. Perform stakeholder analysis for key change/AI initiatives to foster engagement and diminish resistance to change. Workshops: Collaborate with the Director to facilitate dynamic workshops aimed at enhancing organizational change capability and leadership transformation readiness to scale a rapidly growing business. Communications: Develop communication strategies and compelling messaging for assigned change/AI projects tailored to diverse audiences, from front-line employees to leaders. Graphic and creative skills are appreciated but not mandatory. AI Initiatives: Champion and manage change for assigned AI initiatives; includes partnering with various teams and managing barriers to change and AI adoption. Adoption Metrics: Monitor change project metrics, create surveys, feedback loops, and assess performance indicators to ensure long-term success for initiatives within the Director-managed business and AI transformation portfolio. Value Management: Assist the Director with implementing a benefits realization methodology and toolset to ensure that individual changes, AI use cases, and transformation programs achieve ROI and expected benefits. Transformation Initiatives: Support specific changes within the overall transformation roadmap to scale the business, drive cultural change, and implement automation and robotics. AI Readiness & Adoption: Provide additional support for large-scale deployment of established AI literacy programs for leadership and Generative AI (Copilot/Teams AI). Risk Management: Identify change risks and lead proactive mitigation strategies to reduce resistance and challenges to AI adoption for assigned projects. Culture and Organizational Development: Contribute to Transformation Office and Learning & Development efforts to strengthen and maintain a positive culture by supporting onboarding programs, Voice of the Employee (VOE) engagement programs, leader development, and culture change initiatives that align with Cardinal Health values and prepare the organization for rapid growth. Strategic Thought Partner: Collaborate with the Director to continuously enhance the maturity of the Transformation and Change office. Methodologies and Frameworks: Contribute to methodologies, frameworks, and tools that drive operational excellence and accelerate digital and AI transformation across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred. Strong consulting skills and the ability to communicate effectively, analyze data, gather information, and work collaboratively across functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams Premium AI and Copilot. Ability to manage multiple tasks, switch contexts, and deliver quality results within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Must work within Central or Eastern Time Zone business hours. While candidates in Columbus, OH or Dallas, TX are preferred, remote work locations are supported. 8+ years of experience in change management and transformation. 1-2 years of experience with AI initiatives and AI literacy programs (Copilot, Generative AI). Prosci and CCMP certification. Advanced certifications in digital/AI transformation, AI essentials, coaching, training facilitation, Lean Six Sigma, Organizational Development (ODCP), and Certified Project Management for AI (CPMAI) will make a candidate stand out. Deep understanding of change management methodology from strategy and planning to stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and sustainability. Experience delivering workshops and training sessions for individuals and mid-level leaders. Experience managing change for AI-driven solutions in healthcare settings is preferred but not required. Knowledge of patient services, hubs, PBMs, payors, and pharmacy operations will differentiate candidates. Experience within the specialty pharma ecosystem, particularly with Payors, PBMs, Specialty Hubs, Patient Services, Patient Assistance Programs, Medicaid, and Pharmacy Operations is preferred. Previous experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, patient support technologies, or specialty pharmacy systems is advantageous. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred. Why Join Us?
