Radiologic Technologist Job Details Location: Morristown, NJ 07960 (New Jersey healthcare jobs) Setting: Hospital – Special Procedures Radiology Unit Assignment Type: Travel Radiologic Technologist Start Date: February 23, 2026 End Date: May 23, 2026 Duration: 13-week contract Schedule: 8am–6pm, 4 days/week (Monday–Friday) with a flexible day off Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week On-Call: Every 4th weekend (Friday 5pm–Monday 7am) and 1 evening shift per week (5pm–7am) Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2280 - $2450 Radiologic Technologist Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interventional Radiologic Technologist or Cardiovascular Technologist Current NJ Radiographic Licensure (New Jersey radiology jobs requirement) High School Diploma/GED and Associate Degree or completion of an accredited radiographic program Current Radiography (R) certification with ARRT BLS certification from the American Heart Association Proficiency with floor and ceiling mounted fluoroscopic modality machines Experience in neuro-interventional and vascular cases Strong communication and teamwork skills Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities Assist proceduralists during complex diagnostic and interventional vascular and neuro-interventional procedures, including scrub assist Operate power injection devices for iodinated contrast media during radiology procedures Maintain sterile technique and infection prevention for procedural tray setup Identify, retrieve, and circulate complex products during interventional radiology cases Demonstrate critical thinking and rapid response during neuro-interventional and complex cases Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including nurses, radiologists, and vascular surgeons Document procedures in electronic medical records and upload images to Sectra/PACS system Manage groin post-intervention and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment Apply now to join our hospital radiology team in Morristown, NJ, and take the next step in your healthcare career!
