Position Description Do you enjoy keeping things organized and making sure everyone around you can do their best work? Are you the person who notices when the conference room fridge is getting low - and just handles it? We're looking for an Office & Accounting Support Specialist who takes pride in being the person who makes everything run smoothly - even when no one realizes how much is happening behind the scenes. What You'll Do:Keep the office humming:Be the friendly, professional first impression for every client, vendor, and visitor who walks through our door Answer and route calls so people get to the right person without the runaround Own the conference room calendar (and make sure those fridges are stocked - yes, that's a real perk of the job) Create monthly event posters and bulletins that people actually want to read Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail and deliveries Support the executive team with administrative tasks as needed. Keep the numbers straight:Issue purchase order numbers and process monthly accounts payable invoices Track, monitor, and reconcile monthly credit card statements Compile monthly use tax for reporting Run recurring reports on things like equipment hours and fuel levels Pitch in on accounting projects when the team needs an extra hand. What Makes You Great at This:You're detail-oriented - not because someone told you to be, but because it genuinely bothers you when things are off You can juggle a ringing phone, a delivery at the door, and a half-finished spreadsheet without losing your cool You communicate warmly and professionally - with vendors, visitors, and coworkers alike You know Microsoft Office well enough to actually help others with it Basic accounting experience is a plus, but a sharp eye and willingness to learn will get you far You show up, follow through, and take ownership of your work. Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years of experience in an office environment Exceptional analytical and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Eagerness to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proven leadership skills Basic accounting skills are a plus Excellent attitude, work ethic and desire to be part of a great team!
