Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator Location: Georgetown, KY Hours: 2nd shift Sunday - Thursday 3:30pm - 12:00am Pay: $17.50 per hour What you'll do: Provide customer service to logistics customers and suppliers Data entry of all activity from drivers logistics tracking system Track and confirm all logistics partners within the supply chain as defined meet their scope of work, and expectations. Confirm compliance of handling Handle variance reports for client assembly plants and their suppliers supporting the communication scope as defined. Communicate effectively with customers, OTR drivers, Partner Carriers, and suppliers. Maintain proper records and ensure information is executed timely and correctly.
