This is a sales-focused role inside a premium wellness environment.About Perspire Sauna StudioPerspire Sauna Studio is the nation’s fastest-growing infrared sauna franchise, delivering a premium wellness experience through full-spectrum infrared heat, red light therapy, halotherapy, and contrast therapy with our SNØ showers.Rooted in science, Perspire provides private, spa-like suites designed to help guests relax, recover, and feel better than when they arrived. Each suite is personal to the client. Inside each room, you'll find: complimentary hand and body towels, a tv equipped with premium entertainment (Netflix, Youtube, etc), and a control panel to adjust desired sauna temperature and even change the color of the lighting to their preferred ambiance.As we prepare to open, we’re seeking proactive team members who are genuinely excited about our wellness modalities and passionate about sharing their value with the surrounding community.What You’ll Do:This position is responsible for converting interest into memberships and delivering an exceptional in-studio experience.Key Responsibilities:Contact, nurture, and convert leads via phone, text, and emailTrack all outreach and conversations in our CRMEncourage new clients to book intro sessionsManage the studio line to set reservations, manage guest scheduling, and respond to questions/concernsConvert trials from intro sessions, ClassPass, and referrals into recurring members with the goal of hitting sales targetsConduct tours, chat all things wellness, and clearly communicate the value of membershipDeliver exceptional hospitality to every guestMaintain studio cleanliness and premium presentationShifts available:20–30 hours, 4-5 shifts per weekOpeners (6:30am–10:30am)Mid (10:00am - 3:00pm)Closers (4:30pm–9:30pm)Weekend and holiday availability requiredWhat We’re Looking ForConfident, natural communicator who builds trust quicklyProven sales mindset (fitness, wellness, hospitality preferred)Goal-oriented and comfortable with performance metricsOrganized and tech-comfortable (CRM, Google Suite, etc.)Passionate about wellness and able to speak about benefits authenticallyReliable team player who takes initiativeWhat You’ll GetHourly pay + monthly commissionFree access to all Perspire servicesFlexible schedulingComprehensive sales and wellness trainingOngoing 1:1 coaching and developmentGrowth opportunities as the studio expandsRecognition incentives and quarterly team eventsSupportive leadership with an open-door policyWhen you believe in what you’re selling, it shows.
