We aim to make fire and water damage "Like it never even happened."Job Description:Plan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Evaluate and sell projectsEducate customers on processIdentify and document project scope of workMaintain customer and client communicationsCreate and Review estimates using XactimateObtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimateEnsure proper permits are acquiredCreate project schedule, timeline, and budgetIdentify and qualify subcontractors and resource providersNegotiate terms, set expectations and coordinate with customers, clients and vendorsQualifications:Superb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationExperience in restoration industry preferredExperience in construction requiredHigh school diploma/GEDExperience with Xactimate is a MUSTProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawExperience with residential and commercial constructionPhysical and Work Environment Requirements:Exposure to extreme conditions such as heatWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbingAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsAll employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
