Our average first-year Acquisition Specialist earns approximately $95,000 with top seasoned performers earning $180,000+We are not looking for someone who wants a job. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team and build a long term career in high-level sales, negotiation, and real estate investing.About the RoleAs an Acquisition Specialist, you will be using our proprietary tech stack to connect with agents, sellers, and other wholesalers in the industry. You’ll be part of a team that thrives in collaboration. As an agent, you will be representing Property Sellwise. In this role, you will:Build genuine rapport with agents, wholesalers, and sellers. Understand how to navigate the situations and their motivations, and position Property Sellwise as a trusted solutionEvaluate properties, analyze deal viability, and negotiate purchase agreements that create win-win outcomesManage follow-up pipelines with discipline and urgency to ensure opportunities are converted at the highest levelParticipate in team growthThis is a consultative sales role focused on solving real problems for real agents who have clients with problem property and homeowners who have problems to solve.This role does require a real estate license (or willing to obtain one) and to hang that license with our brokerage.Compensation & Earnings PotentialThis position is 100% commission-based. We structure compensation to reward performance and consistency.Our typical earnings profile includes:Average first-year income of approximately $95,000Significant upside for top producers, often exceeding $150,000+No income cap, allowing motivated individuals to directly control their earning potentialWe provide the training, systems, and lead flow.
