Palletizer Loader

Job Position: Palletizer Loader Location: Valdosta, GA 31601 Pay Rate: $15.00/hr Shift: 2nd Description: Palletizer loader. Will be responsible for loading pallets into the machine. Will be taking a 44-x48 wood pallet from the stack and inspecting the pallet for damage. Loading pallets onto the conveyor and making it sure that it is lined up to enter the machine correctly for the product to be placed on the pallet. Machine Operation: Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently to ensure optimal performance. Quality Control: Produce products that meet company standards by performing quality checks, correcting deviations, and monitoring statistical process control (SPC) charts. Maintenance & Housekeeping: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and minor repairs, participate in equipment changeovers, and maintain good housekeeping of the production area. Documentation & Communication: Maintain accurate production records and documentation, and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding problems, progress, and improvement ideas. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, including Lock Out/Block Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Key Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to operate production machinery safely and efficiently. Strong communication skills to report issues and provide updates. Ability to follow safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Self-motivated with a desire to improve the business and a focus on producing high-quality products. Basic computer skills for data collection and documentation.
