Upon certification, a corresponding base salary increase will be awarded. Base Salary: CCC-SLP: $75,000-$85,000 per year Clinical Fellow (CF): $65,000+ per year Performance-Based Bonus Opportunity: Our SLPs and CFs participate in a structured bonus model. Required baseline: 30 treatment hours per week (120 hours per month) Opportunity to provide additional treatment hours beyond baseline Maximum of 37 treatment hours per week (148 hours per month) By increasing treatment hours, clinicians can earn: Up to an additional $1,680 per month Up to an additional $20,160 per year Clinical Fellow: Base Salary: $65k+ | Total Potential Earnings: $85K+ Speech Language Pathologist: Base Salary: $75K-$85K | Total Potential Earnings: $95k-$105k This model empowers clinicians to customize their workload and earning potential while maintaining clinical quality and work-life balance. Location & Transition Plan This position serves our Northeast Georgia region including Gainesville, Cumming, and Dacula. The role involves short-term regional coverage while building clinic caseloads. As these caseloads increase, the position will transition into a permanent full-time role at a single clinic location.
