What We Offer $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid quarterly over first year) Safety Bonus - Up to $2,000 annually (RelaDyne Driver Ambassador Program, paid quarterly) Competitive Pay: $26-$28 per hour Local Routes - Home Every Night Flexible Start Times Competitive Benefits Package 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Employee Referral Bonus Program Requirements Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience Valid Class A or Class B CDL Required endorsements: Hazmat, Tanker, and TWIC Strong work ethic and self-motivated Safety-oriented mindset Good communication skills Key Responsibilities Deliver products safely and on schedule Ensure all materials are properly secured and within legal weight limits Assist with unloading as needed Obtain customer signatures and ensure accurate delivery documentation Collect payment for COD deliveries when required Pick up customer returns and verify product accuracy for credit Pick up local purchase orders Review completed deliveries with supervisor for accuracy Maintain clear communication with supervisor throughout the day Return all delivery documentation to the warehouse promptly and accurately Provide excellent customer service at every stop Safety-Sensitive Position Notice: This position is designated as safety sensitive.
