Experienced Debt Collector | Senior Collections Specialist | Call Center Collections (Remote)Live Oak Financial, Inc. Full-Time | Remote / Hybrid | Consumer & Commercial Collections | Financial ServicesJob DescriptionLive Oak Financial, Inc. is actively hiring Experienced Debt Collectors / Senior Collections Specialists to support our expanding national collections platform. This role is designed for seasoned collectors with a proven track record of recovery in consumer and/or commercial collections who can operate independently in a compliance-driven, KPI-based environment.This is not an entry-level position. Prior collections experience is required.Core Responsibilities (ATS-Optimized)Handle high-volume outbound and inbound collection callsRecover past-due balances through payment negotiation, settlements, and payment plansAchieve performance targets for right-party contact, liquidation, and new moneyWork assigned account inventories efficiently and strategicallyDocument all activity accurately within collections software / CRM systemsMaintain strict compliance with FDCPA, Regulation F, TCPA, and FCRAFollow call scripts, disclosures, and quality assurance standardsEscalate disputes, fraud claims, and complaints per compliance procedureAccept payments through approved payment processing toolsMaintain professional, respectful, and compliant communication at all timesRequired Qualifications (High-Match Keywords)2+ years of experience as a debt collector, collections specialist, or collection agentExperience in consumer collections, commercial collections, or call center collectionsStrong working knowledge of FDCPA, Reg F, TCPA, and call complianceProven success in dialer-based, high-volume collections environmentsStrong negotiation, objection-handling, and payment-closing skillsAbility to manage accounts independently and consistently hit KPIsExperience working in remote collections or call center environmentsFamiliarity with collections software, dialers, and CRM platformsPreferred ExperienceFinancial services, utility, medical, telecom, or BPO collectionsSkip tracing and account researchCredit reporting and dispute handlingSettlement authority and payment plan structuringCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly base payUncapped commission / performance incentivesPaid compliance and systems trainingStable, full-time position with consistent account flowAdvancement opportunities into Senior Collector, Lead, QA, or Supervisor rolesWork EnvironmentRemote or hybrid collections roleStructured schedules and defined performance metricsCompliance-first culture with QA and leadership supportExecutive-led organization with modern systemsWhy Live Oak FinancialGrowing national financial services organizationStrong compliance, QA, and operational supportClear expectations and merit-based advancementLong-term stability and scalable platformEqual Opportunity EmployerLive Oak Financial, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
