Quality Technician

Now Hiring Quality Technician in York, PA Third Shift Opportunity, training will be done on 1st Shift Pay: $19-$21.50 based on experience Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. Initially, you will train during 1st shift hours. This role is crucial in assisting the Quality Manager with the accurate monitoring and reporting of processes throughout the value stream. You will ensure compliance with established standards and specifications, adhering strictly to processes. Responsibilities Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures. Assist with equipment calibration and care. Approve labels and processes prior to press run. Approve roll end retains saved by press operators. Assemble, file, and update color tolerance folders and color consistency files. Pull clear overlays prior to press run. Collect and review rejected information as assigned by the Quality Manager. Conduct data collection and analysis as required. Assist in the management of the Quality Management System, including document control. Perform internal audits as a member of the Internal Audit Team. Participate in improvement initiatives and projects. Participate in department meetings as scheduled. Essential Skills Experience in quality control and inspection within a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in monitoring and reporting. Computer skills for reporting and data entry. Basic math capabilities. Quality assurance expertise. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to input data into computer systems. Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment. Work Environment You will work on the 3rd shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with a $2 shift differential. The position offers paid 8-hour shifts, including a 30-minute lunch and two 10-minute breaks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
