North Coast Therapy Associates (NCTA) provides comprehensive, student centered therapy services both in person and virtually. Our team of dedicated therapists works collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to deliver evidence based, individualized support so every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential. School Based Occupational Therapist Position Summary As a School Based Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high quality occupational therapy services within an educational setting. You will evaluate students across grade levels, plan interventions, and develop instructional strategies tailored to each student's functional and educational needs so they can participate fully and succeed at school. General Information Hours: Full and Part time opportunities during school hours approximately 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Pay Range: $30 to $50 per hour School District: National Heritage Academies, Cincinnati, Ohio Work Schedule: 3 days per week, 24 hours per week Daily Hours: 7 to 8 hours per day What You'll Do Provide ongoing occupational therapy services to an assigned caseload Conduct assessments and support IEP development and goal setting Deliver evidence based interventions that support student participation and success Collaborate closely with educators, families, and OTAs to coordinate services and support carryover Work together with and provide supervision to COTAs, as applicable Maintain timely documentation and ongoing data collection to track progress Complete required Medicaid billing in alignment with school timelines and procedures What You'll Bring Current Ohio licensure to practice Occupational Therapy Strong assessment skills and intervention planning capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team Passion for working with children and helping them overcome developmental, educational, and motor challenges Commitment to continuous professional growth and development Preferred Qualifications Ohio Department of Education certification Experience as an Occupational Therapist in a school or educational setting NCTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer
