Job Description

Job Description: Assist students and admin team to create an inspiring educational experience by organizing events, ensuring quality communication between students and staff, and fostering an enjoyable learning environment. This position is part-time, on campus. Job duties include: Maintaining student communication, i.e. weekly newsletter, calendar, updates. Organizing events such as monthly BBQ, graduations, and staff events. Ordering merchandise Assisting incoming students with transportation needs Other duties as assigned by school management Qualifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license with good driving record is preferred. Required Skills/Experience: High School Diploma Excellent customer service Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience in office administrative role Associates degree Experience working with domestic and international students Hillsboro Aero Academy is an Equal Opportunity Employer
