Responsibilities As an Oracle Cloud PaaS Full Stack Engineer, you will: Lead technical project scopes and collaborate with off-shore teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery. Facilitate workshops, ensuring adherence to quality processes through peer review and monitoring. Proactively communicate project status, mitigate risks, and foster a productive relationship with clients. We seek candidates with expertise in: Oracle SaaS Architecture and its implementation, including ERP, HCM, or SCM. Data migration, integration, reporting, and creating extensions with best practices. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through active listening, empathy, and collaboration. Leading and mentoring technical teams, ensuring success through guidance and support. Effectively communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences. Troubleshooting complex issues and delivering innovative solutions. Driving continuous improvements in cloud solutions and processes. Technical Skills Your skills should include: Expertise in OCI and designing scalable architectures. Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, particularly JET and knowledge of ADF or JSF. Hands-on experience in web services development, enterprise applications, and security concepts. Experience with integration servers and various Oracle PaaS offerings. Understanding of BPM Suite and business process capabilities within SaaS. Functional Skills Key functional competencies include: Deep understanding of SaaS modules, integrations, and enterprise-wide architecture. Project management skills to track scope, manage resources, and report progress. Expertise in stakeholder communication, building relationships, and conducting impactful presentations.
