Job Summary: Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented experienced Electrical Engineer who will design and implement Utility grade, industrial, commercial, and domestic electrical power systems. Job Duties:          Leads the engineering and project management efforts on assigned projects and is responsible for coordinating the individual Engineering Disciplines such that the most cost-effective total project solution for executing engineering work is achieved          Ensures that the engineering work on the project is completed on schedule, meets quality standards including review meetings and checking procedures, performance is within the baseline man-hour and material budgets, required deliverables are produced and  change management is executed in a timely manner          Reviews the status of the schedule and progress performance with the Clients on a regular basis, and keep the General Managers apprised of issues          Ensures the quality of the engineering execution and deliverables          Participates in people development through mentoring, development of training material, and conducting or training seminars          Develops and builds client relations          Develop electrical documents for the scope of work definition, specification, data sheets, equipment selection, drawing review, schematic development, wiring diagrams, physical layout drawings, and project close-out procedures for low to medium-voltage industrial power distribution systems          Prepared purchase requisitions for various electrical equipment          Leads inspection and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for various relay panels, Power Distribution Centers, and remote instrumentation enclosure Buildings          Exhibit thorough understanding of pertinent codes and governing regulations, and industry practices          Review estimates to confirm the technical offerings of the product Requirements Minimum Qualifications:          BS or higher in Electrical Engineering required          Ten  or more years of experience in electrical design and engineering required          Five or more years of experience in managing project managers and junior engineers required          Five or more years of product knowledge of key electrical components of a Protection & Control Panel (SEL, Electroswitch, test switches, etc.) required          Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills required          Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required          Growth mindset with the ability to accept challenges required          US work authorization without sponsorship required          Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required          Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more required          Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time required Preferred Qualifications:          Five or more years in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical and Substation Design Suite (SDS) is preferred Benefits Medical, dental, vision, HSA, term life, AD&D, STD, LTD 100% medical premium paid for by Panelmatic for the employee-only level medical coverage 80% paid for by Panelmatic and 20% paid for by the employee on all other level medical coverage (ie employee plus child, employee plus spouse, family) 401K Scholarships, educational reimbursement, paid volunteerism, and paid personal and professional development provided PTO and paid holidays provided Career advancement opportunities Competitive wages Family-friendly environment with average employee tenure above five years
