This role serves as thefunctional subject matter expert (SME)across theendtoend SourcetoPay lifecycle, with a strong emphasis onProcuretoPay (P2P)and supportingSourcetoContract (S2C)activities. The team is currentlymidintegration, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys stepping into an inflight program, bringing clarity, structure, and bestpractice guidance. This individual will act as themain point of contact for procurement technology integrations, ensuring functional designs, user stories, and testing activities align with business needs and procurement best practices-not just system configurations. This is afully remote contract rolewith occasional travel (up to 20%).What You'll DoSourcetoPay Functional LeadershipAct as the functional SME across the fullSourcetoPay ecosystem, withP2P as the top priorityServe as the primary point of contact for procurement system integrationsacross ERP and procurement platforms Provide guidance rooted inprocurement best practices, not limited to a single tool or systemDesign Review & Integration SupportReview and validatefunctional specifications, conceptual design documents, and solution designs Ensure alignment betweenlean requirements, conceptual designs, and system configurationSupport ongoing integration efforts, including components already live and those still in progressAct as the authority and conduit for determining where the solution needs to be, especially during cleanup and stabilization phasesUser Stories, Testing & UATEnsureuser stories and test scriptsare clear, complete, and wellwritten Own and supporttesting and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)activities Validate that implemented solutions meet functional, operational, and business requirements Collaborate with technical teams to resolve defects and gaps identified during testingCrossFunctional CollaborationPartner closely with procurement, ERP, data, integration, and adjacent workstreams Work with a datadriven procurement team that includes a dedicated data analyst Support crosstraining and knowledge sharing to reduce silos and increase team flexibilityWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience inprocurement, SourcetoPay, ProcuretoPay, or procurement systemsStrong handson experience with P2P processes, with exposure toS2CExperience supporting ERP and procurement system integrationsProven ability to review and validate functional and conceptual designsExperience owning or heavily supporting testing and UATStrong understanding of procurement best practicesand operating models Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, midimplementation environments Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and technical teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience with procurement platforms such asGEP, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, or similarExperience working with Azure DevOps (ADO)for user stories and testing (training available if not already experienced) ERP implementation or integration experience (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, or similar) Background in procurement transformation or consulting environmentsWork Environment & LogisticsFully remote(location not a constraint) Up to20% travel, occasional Contract role supporting an active, enterprisewide procurement transformation Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
