About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Back-of-House Support Specialist to ensure our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. This crucial role involves keeping the workspace clean and offers a fantastic opportunity to acquire new skills in a professional kitchen atmosphere. Your Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment using commercial dishwashing machines. Keep the dishwashing area organized, clean, and safe. Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required. Sweep, mop, and maintain sanitation standards throughout your shift. Dispose of trash and recycling, contributing to the overall cleanliness. Restock clean plates, utensils, and supplies in preparation for service. Adhere to all food safety, health, and hygiene guidelines. Your Qualifications Strong work ethic and great attention to detail. Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for the duration of your shift. No prior experience needed; we provide comprehensive training.
