Store, Register, ETS Server reboots and Validations. MCM Logs, Splunk logs, Kibana logs. Create, resolve primary production issues using Service now(Waypoint). Creating defect in JIRA, Tender retail and Client portals. BVT, Smoke testing, Functional testing, Regression testing, End to End testing, BI E2E Testing, Sanity testing, performance testing, System integration testing, working with POS system which has SIGUI, Flat Bed Scanner, handheld scanner, M440 Pin pad. EOM Configuration ETS tool. Providing technical support, training, Client POS related enquiries, guidance to the stores. Doing periodic certifications security vulnerabilities, Software upgrades and upon validations. Developing SQL queries, Store procedures using MSSQL server. Jenkins, Gitlab. .Net development Confluence Preparing SOPs, RCAs, User guides, Conducting trainings Good experience automation tool Selenium and performance tool load runner Tools: Service Now, Jira, Jenkins, EOM, ETS, Rabbit MQ, Splunk alert, Datadog, Kibana logs, Store locator, VHQ, MCM logs, Retail product search, JFM, GitHub, Confluence, Jump server, AWS.
