As a coach, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate young children while teaching them the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. Responsibilities: Lead and instruct gymnastics classes in Torrance for children ages 3 to 12 years old Implement proven lesson plans that focus on skill development and progression Provide a safe and positive learning environment for all students Communicate effectively with parents and provide feedback on student progress Assist with special events, birthday parties, and other gym activities Requirements: Prior experience coaching gymnastics, children's sports or working with children in a similar setting Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and terminology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work either evenings or mornings and at least one weekend day at the Torrance location Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential About Us: The Little Gym was originally founded in 1976 and The Little Gym of Torrance has been providing fun and engaging gymnastics classes for children for over 19 years.
