Your Role and Responsibilities As a Senior Managing Consultant for SAP CO, you will lead implementation services across various sectors within TruQua and IBM. In this dynamic role, you will guide project teams and contribute individually, focusing on proposal development, maintaining delivery quality, providing thought leadership, and ensuring team utilization to enhance project revenue. This position demands extensive knowledge of SAP Controlling and Central Finance product modules, encompassing business processes, navigation, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules. You will mentor practitioners in developing and maintaining configuration and functional design documents and support role-based profile modifications. Engage with client executives to articulate the value of SAP CO, S/4 HANA Finance, and SAP Central Finance as vital components of their finance transformation strategy. Sales Support and Delivery As a trusted advisor, you will support sales efforts at key accounts by assisting in scoping, solutioning, program planning, and managing RFPs related to SAP and Finance Transformation for TruQua. This includes shaping proposals and presenting at key engagements to boost sales and go-to-market initiatives for SAP. The SAP Central Finance Transformation Lead will bring professional leadership experience from a customer-centric environment where success hinges on service quality and responsiveness. Draw from your hands-on experience to grow our practice and develop capabilities. This remote role allows flexibility in work location. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Deep expertise in SAP FI and CO with a minimum of 6 end-to-end implementations from project preparation through go-live as Lead Consultant or Solution Architect. Extensive knowledge in SAP CO/COPA/PC/PCA. Hands-on experience with combined implementations or migrations involving SAP S/4 HANA and Central Finance. Proven experience in solution architecture or leading SAP S/4 HANA and Central Finance projects. Strong knowledge of business processes and experience in blueprinting. Solid experience in selling finance transformation programs, including aligning strategical solutions with executives and successfully closing business deals. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Demonstrated thought leadership in SAP Financials (FI, CO, S/4 HANA Finance, or Central Finance) through published whitepapers or presentations at industry events. In-depth understanding of the S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance roadmap, distinguishing software version releases, and innovations introduced in each release. Knowledge of SAP complementary tools such as BlackLine, Magnitude, OpenText, Workiva, Celonis, OneStream, Anaplan, Twenty-Five, Profinda, Replicon, Fieldglass is a plus. Keen awareness of upcoming changes in SAP S/4HANA Finance, along with a strong desire to learn, prototype, and deepen expertise in the latest financial technologies.
