Manage and maintain attorneys' calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist in filing legal documents with courts and other relevant authorities. Organize and maintain electronic and physical legal files and records. Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and other internal stakeholders. Support attorneys with administrative tasks, including billing and expense reports. Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with legal procedures and requirements. Proven career stability with long tenures and strong adaptability. Exceptional multitasking, communication, and organizational skills. Tech-savvy with Microsoft 365 and legal document management platforms. What's on Offer Competitive base salary ranging from ($80,00 - $115,000), based on experience and qualifications.
