Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time$7,500 Relocation Assistance Offered MLR (MLee Recruiting) is searching for a full-time, permanent LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join a dynamic team at a stunning coastal clinic near Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! Salary Range: $49,920 - $70,720 annually Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Assess patients' health conditions, monitor vital signs, and address any concerns that arise. Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely while remaining alert to any side effects or adverse reactions. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Collaborative Care: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and revise patient care plans. Wound Care: Perform dressing changes, cleaning, and other necessary procedures to aid in healing. Patient & Family Education: Clearly explain treatment plans and procedures to patients and their families. Medical Equipment Monitoring: Operate and maintain medical devices, ensuring they are in proper working order during patient care. Documentation: Accurately record patient health information, procedures performed, and updates. Qualifications: Licensure: Must hold a current LPN license (South Carolina or Multistate). BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support certification required. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
