Cloud Solutions Engineer @ Charter Duration: Long term contract Target Start Date: ASAP Location: Onsite 4 days per week.Interview Process: Initial video screening (5 mins max) 1st round - 45 mins with HM 2nd round - 45 technical with team Notes from call: - Team handles AI modeling: Real time speech to text transcription as calls are ongoing - Location: Centennial office (must be local, 5 days onsite each week) - Azure cloud / networking environment: this resource will be their SME - HM only interested in single page resumes (include AI, networking, model deployment, cloud experience) - Submit via email and include a skills summary in the email - Initial contract is through EOY, but aiming to extend through 2025 (possibility for conversion) Skills: - Microsoft Azure preferred (AWS background works as well) - Strong understanding of networking security/configs and resource creation in the cloud - Experience with AI model deployments in the cloud as well as DevOps experience - Utilizing Databricks, Azure fabric, Azure AI studio, Power platforms, CoPilot - Proficient with Python, SQL, PySpark Client JD: Responsibilities Deliver administration, maintenance, and ongoing support of the shared cloud environment Build, configure, tune and implement automation for cloud lifecycle and operational improvement Support of the web interface used by customers to access their cloud environment Responsible for evaluation, development, implementation, optimization, performance and configuration of customer cloud environments Expected to establish and maintain proficiency on emerging technologies through self-study and on-the-job training.
