DescriptionReport to Director of Media Production, Executive Board, and Chief of Staff Maintain a schedule of consistent office hours as required. Must be skilled and experienced in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Provide SA, SA's departments, and SA-recognized clubs with graphic design services, in a timely manner, upon assignment. Coordinate with the Director of Media Production to ensure that graphics created at the request of a specific club are accessible through SA systems within a consistent timeframe. Ensure that all media created and edited is uploaded and archived in the SA Media and Marketing storage system for future reference and use. Attend all scheduled departmental meetings organized by the Director of Media Production Attend all applicable staff meetings, trainings, and activities, as well as completing any necessary preparatory tasks in advance of those meetings. Complete additional tasks at the direction of the Executive Board, Chief of Staff, and Director of Media Production Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting SA's commitment to the student body, and refrain from actions that would reflect poorly on the organization. Review own timesheet on a weekly basis and submit necessary corrections, to allow payroll to be processed in a timely manner. Maintain a strict policy of viewpoint neutrality, providing no club or organization an advantage over any other. Check email at least daily. Requirements Must be an Undergraduate University at Buffalo Student.
