Position Overview We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care at our Duncan Health Center. Duties and Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive, high-quality primary medical care across the lifespan in accordance with your specialty. • Develop individualized care plans including medical history, examination, treatment, and referral when appropriate. • Utilize laboratory, radiology, and other diagnostic resources efficiently and effectively. • Collaborate with consulting physicians, nurses, behavioral health specialists, and patients' families to coordinate holistic care. • Participate in preventive health and community wellness initiatives. • Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants per ReGenesis collaborative agreements. Compensation and Benefits • Competitive salary up to $240,000, based on experience • Quarterly quality-based incentives (not RVU-based) • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (effective first of the month after hire) • 401(k) with company match • 30+ paid days off annually, including holidays and birthday leave • $3,500 annual CME allowance + paid professional memberships • Malpractice insurance (FTCA covered) • Minimal after-hours calls • Cloud-based EMR: eClinicalWorks Requirements Education & Training• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine) residency program Licensure & Certification• Active South Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain) • Board Certified or Board Eligible (must achieve certification within 12 months of hire) • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Experience• Previous experience in community health, FQHC, or Patient-Centered Medical Home preferred • Commitment to serving diverse populations and providing equitable care
