Education Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a relevant field. Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred. Certifications Required Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or a similar credential. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred.
