Req Number 145664FlexStaff is seeking a Physical Therapist for our client, a physical, occupational and hand therapy provider in the Northeast. A PT Degree and a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York is required.New grads and candidates pending their exam are welcome to apply.This is a full-time, direct hire position throughout various locations in Nassau County and Suffolk County, New York.7AM-3PM / 12PM-8PM rotating shifts throughout Mon-Fri. Weekend Work available if interested.Responsibilities:-Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.-Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients.-Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.-Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.-Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills.-Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to provide comprehensive care to patients.-Contribute to the overall success of the clinic through teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.Qualifications:-Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.-Current License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York-New grads welcome-Will consider candidates pending examAdditional Salary DetailThe salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
