We are seeking an experienced Medical Technologist to join our night shift team, supporting a Level II Trauma Center where speed and precision are vital to patient outcomes. Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for Night Shift. Pay Range: $27.09 - $37.92/hr (Based on experience). Differentials: $2.50/hr Night | $2.00/hr On-Call. Relocation: Case-by-case assistance available. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a night-shift lead technical professional, you will manage stat and routine clinical testing across Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology. Clinical Expertise: Perform and interpret complex diagnostic tests using independent judgment and theoretical knowledge. Quality Control: Execute QC procedures, perform delta checks, and assist with CAP/regulatory compliance. Operational Oversight: Perform equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting to ensure zero downtime during critical hours. Documentation: Maintain meticulous records and ensure seamless hand-offs between shifts. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience (Required). Licensure: Current Florida Technologist License (or eligibility to obtain during the application process). Education: Associate Degree required; Bachelor's in Medical Technology preferred.
