Full Description: RN Pulmonary (Sign-On Bonus $20k) - Gainesville, FL Job Type: Full Time/Permanent Shift: Day Shift / Night shift Pay: $30 - $40 (depending on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $15k Days / $25k Nights On Call: No Shift Diffs: Evenings: None Nights: $4.00 Weekend: $3 Job Summary: We are looking for a caring and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Pulmonary unit. You'll provide care to patients recovering from lung conditions and support those with other related diseases. We need someone passionate about patient care and teamwork Key Responsibilities: Assess patients and identify health issues. Work with the healthcare team to plan patient care. Create personalized care plans. Educate patients and families about treatments. Offer emotional and physical support during recovery. Qualifications: 1 year of recent acute care RN experience. Licensed as an RN in Florida (or eligible). Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
