Learn more at Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of multiple construction projects from pre-construction to close-out. Collaborate with project team members including Superintendents, Assistant PMs, and Accountants. Lead subcontractor buyout and contract negotiations. Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships. Develop and maintain accurate project budgets and forecasts. Create, monitor, and update project schedules using industry-standard tools. Oversee pay applications, subcontractor billing, and cost control documentation. Ensure timely and accurate handling of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch lists. Manage project close-out process and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain compliance with safety, contract, and quality standards. Qualifications 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience (ground-up and renovation). Proven experience managing 2-3 projects concurrently with budgets of $3M-$10M. Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications. Experience with bidding, budgeting, scheduling, and client-facing communication. Exceptional organization, time management, and analytical skills. Associates degree or higher preferred. Stable work history with solid professional references (5+ years per employer ideal).
