We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent who thrives in a fastpaced, detaildriven environment and understands the elevated expectations of luxury clientele and exclusive country club communities. Job Description Manage all daytoday field operations for luxury custom home projects. Maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely milestone delivery. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, vendors, and inspectors. Ensure strict quality control, from foundation to final punch list. Enforce site safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite. Communicate routinely with project managers, clients, architects, and design teams. Oversee logistics, materials deliveries, and construction sequencing. Maintain strong relationships with country club boards, ARC committees, and HOA representatives. Resolve field issues proactively while protecting schedule, quality, and budget. Deliver a whiteglove client experience reflective of the brand's high standards. The Successful Applicant 5-10 years of superintendent experience with luxury builders Demonstrated experience managing builds in country clubs Deep understanding of highend construction details, custom millwork, luxury finishes, and complex MEP systems. Strong leadership, planning, and communication abilities. Proficiency with construction management platforms (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar). Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans. Professional, polished presence when working with highnetworth clients. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
