Lead Identity Engineer (Active Directory/Entra ID) Location: Charlotte, NC Type: W2 Contract - 12-month Hybrid-3 days in office Job Description: We are looking for a very technical engineer that can-do hands-on engineering work as well as high level problem solving. This is not a system administration role. Our client is looking for someone who can architect, design, AND implement complex technical solutions across Active Directory and Entra ID environments. Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term and large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative engineering business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel. Required Skills and level of experience:Active Directory 6 + Years Azure Active Directory 6 + Years Identity & Access Management 4 - 6 Years Scripting 6 + Years Additional Desired Skills and level of experience:Identity Management: 6 + Years Microsoft Azure : 6 Years Azure : 4 - 6 Years Excellent Communication Skills Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
