Duties / Responsibilities include: Ability to read tape measure and use both hand and power tools safely. Ability to follow directions a must. Have an eye for detail. Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communication, and teamwork. Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must pass a pre-hire drug screen and background check. Have a solid attendance record. Follow all safe work practices and keep a clean and organized work area. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills / Abilities: MUST be mechanically inclined. Prior work experience in one or more of the following areas: air and hydraulics, wiring, axles, engines, electrical wiring, inspection, or pre-delivery finishing is preferred, but not required. A background working with Dump Trucks, Semi Trucks, Concrete Mixers, or the assembly of other heavy construction equipment is preferred. Willing to train the right candidates. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time. Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products. Must have good hand-eye coordination.
