This role includes routine skilled nursing visits and may include assessment-related visits under RN direction, with compensation structured per visit or hourly depending on the case and service provided. This position is ideal for LPNs who are confident working independently, experienced in home health, and understand the importance of accurate, detailed clinical documentation in supporting patient care and nursing oversight.
