Job Description The Project Manager - Infrastructure - Richmond, VA will: Lead all phases of construction on pump stations, wastewater facilities, treatment plants, and similar civil infrastructure projects in the Richmond and Norfolk areas. Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and risk to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate closely with Project Executives and mentor Project Engineers/Assistant PMs. Oversee mechanical, civil, and structural scopes-including selfperformed concrete and heavy civil components. Maintain strong communication with owners, design partners, and field teams. Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance across assigned projects. Support preconstruction activities, cost reviews, procurement, and project startup. Provide leadership on active and upcoming projects, some of which have already kicked off. The Successful Applicant The Project Manager - Infrastructure - Richmond, VA will have: 5-10 years of experience in civil construction project management. Background in pump stations, treatment plants, wastewater, or related heavy civil work (strong mechanical understanding is a plus). Candidates with transportation experience (WMATA, VDOT) will also be considered. Experience in the Richmond or Southern Virginia markets is ideal. Ability to work fulltime on site in Richmond or Norfolk. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary public infrastructure projects. Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
