The position involves providing neonatal intensive care in a 40-bed Level III NICU. You will collaborate with a dedicated group of Neonatologists providing continuous in-house coverage. You will utilize advanced therapies such as High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation, High-Frequency Jet Ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia. You will work alongside on-site pediatric surgery and cardiology specialists to ensure comprehensive care. Coordination with a nurse-led neonatal transport team for patient transfers and emergency situations will be part of your role. You will deliver care in a single-family room NICU model that prioritizes family-centered care. There is no requirement to cover the newborn nursery; the focus is exclusively on NICU patients. Participation in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and collaborative clinical research is encouraged.
