Job Description: Pay Range: $20hr - $25hr The Implementation Specialist - Support is responsible for leading and coordinating Small and Medium Business (SMB) client implementations from kickoff through completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and brokers, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant onboarding while collaborating closely with internal teams. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple implementations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate SMB client implementations from kickoff through completion, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and brokers throughout the implementation lifecycle. ct as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Sales, Operations, etc.) to gather requirements and ensure accurate system configuration. Track project status and communicate progress, risks, and issues to the Implementation Manager. Conduct virtual meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to review implementation steps and resolve outstanding items. Clearly document client requirements and manage updates within project tracking tools (e.g., SAP, Smartsheet). Ensure adherence to client standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance procedures throughout implementation. Facilitate seamless handoff to account service teams upon completion of implementation. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve and streamline the client onboarding process. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Minimum 2+ years of experience in client operations, customer support, or client implementation roles. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements, issues, and resolutions. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with SAP or other CRM/project tracking tools preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. bility to take on a specialist-level role rather than a traditional support-only model. bility to pass a required 5-panel drug screening. Proficient in Outlook and familiar with cloud-based tools (e.g., OneDrive). Experience working across multiple systems simultaneously; data entry experience preferred.
