Primary Care Physician

Vivo HealthStaff is searching for a Primary Care Physician for a geriatric organization in North San Diego. This is a full-time position with salary and excellent benefits. Specifics: Full-time, permanent opportunity 5-8 patients per day in an out-patient clinic Monday-Friday schedule 9-5 pm with rotating telephone call schedule ( 5-6 week rotating telephonic only night and weekend) Provide home or SNF visits as needed The patient population is 100% geriatric primary care Qualifications: MD or DO degree Board Certification - Internal Medicine or Family Practice Additional certifications in Geriatrics, Hospice and Palliative Care, Addiction Medicine or Pain are desirable but not required Active CA physician license without restrictions Current Basic Life Support (BLS) training State CDS Certification and DEA Registration Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance Benefits: Competitive Salary Generous benefit package 401k with company match CME Reimbursement 3 weeks PTO 9 Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Vivo HealthStaff is a healthcare staffing and recruitment firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area, providing permanent and temporary opportunities to organizations across the United States.
