Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to moderately acute and high-acuity patients Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage telemetry patients Administer IV medications, titratable drips, and advanced therapies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Perform detailed patient assessments and document findings accurately Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and escalate care as needed Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards Education & Certification Requirements Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) License (or ability to obtain prior to start) Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required Minimum 1-2 years of IMCU, PCU, Step-Down, or Telemetry experience preferred Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills Why Consider This IMCU RN Opportunity?
