Evaluate test results meticulously to ensure high accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out essential maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment. Support with specimen collection and adeptly prepare samples for testing as necessary. Thoroughly document all lab procedures, mentor new team members or students, and play an active role in upholding superior laboratory standards. Maintain a pristine and secure workplace while adhering to industry regulations and accreditation guidelines. Education A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification eligibility. Certifications Earn ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year with us. Maintain your certification actively during your tenure.
