Staff Physician - Anesthesiology Location: Bay City, MI She Recruits is excited to present a premier full-time opportunity for a skilled Anesthesiologist to join a leading healthcare team in Bay City, MI. Position Highlights: Schedule: Full-time with flexible shift options Compensation Package: Base Salary: $550,000 Cardiac Stipend: $35,000 Metric Bonus: $25,000 Sign-On Bonus: $150,000 Paid Time Off: 12 weeks PTO Practice Overview: Level II Trauma Center Manage a variety of high-acuity cases, including adult cardiac cases (no fellowship required) Collaborative team environment with 3 anesthesiologists and a team of CRNAs (CRNAs in-house 24/7) Call schedule is 1:4 with beeper call coverage (30-minute response radius) Post-call first out Medical direction model with efforts to move toward medical supervision when possible Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (ABA or AOBA) Strong commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care Eligible for or hold an unrestricted Michigan medical license Why Join?
