Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Lancaster, SC Compensation: Flexible and DOE ($25-33hr) Requirements: Ability to work on 2nd Shift (7pm-7am) At least 3 years work experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial maintenance setting Ability and experience performing inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs of industrial and facility equipment Background and work experience with extrusion machines preferred Key Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial and facility equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Read and interpret technical schematics. Calibrate and test equipment for optimal performance. Perform welding and fabrication as needed. Maintain accurate records using CMMS software. Follow safety procedures and use PPE. Collaborate with other departments to support production goals. Required Skills & Experience Electrical: Read schematics, diagnose/repair issues, use tools (voltmeter, wire strippers, crimpers, power tools). Pneumatic: Troubleshoot systems, read schematics, perform repairs. Hydraulic: Read schematics, repair systems. Knowledge of industrial safety practices. Familiarity with CMMS systems. Preferred: Allen Bradley or Siemens, PLC/HMI and controls experience. Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently and in teams.
