We are looking for EXPEDITORS who know how to provide a Memorable Experience for our Guests. The EXPEDITOR ensures that all food items meet plate presentation standards and preparation specs prior to leaving the kitchen and being served to Guests. The EXPEDITOR is the quarterback of the kitchen and responsible for facilitating ongoing communication between Front and Heart of House, and has the authority to push back any food that does not meet standards. Can you: Keep the kitchen organized at all timesCommunicate information effectively throughout the entire restaurantWipe rims and garnish all plates that go out into the dining roomEnsure the quality of the food is 100%Assist kitchen in any area if neededKeep the server line clean and in orderAssign food servers sideworkCheck out food servers at the end of the night for their sideworkPut away all product at the end of the nightInform management of any problems as they occurAssist food servers when time permitsKnowledge of food product and specificationsPerform these duties with a friendly, professional mannerProvide state & locally required certifications with complaints or problems with a positive attitude NO MATTER WHATCollaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff in a friendly, professional mannerEnsure a safe environment for Guests and Team MembersPerform these duties with a friendly, professional mannerPerform any other duties as requested by managementBe passionate about working in a fast paced, team environmentBe available on ALL Holidays If you answered yes to all of the above, let's talk around the camp fire!
