Pediatrician - Newport & Covington, Kentucky We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our growing care team serving the families of Newport and Covington, KY. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality pediatric care with competitive compensation, strong benefits, and long-term incentives. Compensation & Incentives Salary Compensation: $280,000 annually (includes base, production, and quality bonuses) Production Bonus: $40 per encounter starting at 321 encounters per month Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (paid after 90 days of continuous employment) Retention Bonus: $8,000 after 2 & 3 years; $8,500 after 5 & 7 years; $9,000 after 10 years and every 5 years thereafter Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $3,000 Loan Repayment: NHSC eligibility Schedule & Workload Hours: 36 hours per week - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Monday: 8:30 AM - 6:40 PM Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 4:50 PM Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:50 PM Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:50 PM Lunch Break: 30 minutes daily Production Requirements: 24-30 visits per day Call Rotation: Backup call only, typically 1 in 5 weeks Benefits Paid Time Off: 240 hours PTO annually Paid Holidays: Up to 9 plus your birthday off (paid) CME & License Fees: Up to $4,600 annually Health/Dental/Vision Insurance: Organization pays a portion of all plans (PPO and HSA options available) 401(k) Retirement Plan: 100% match on first 3% of income 50% match on next 2% Immediate vesting (Safe Harbor Plan) Group Term Life Insurance: Company-paid $80,000 benefit (additional voluntary coverage available) Long Term Disability: Optional, employee-paid Extended Illness Paid Time: Accrued up to 8 week Brian Keegan Principal iRecruitMD C. 605.360.0946 F. 605. 582.8532 O. 605.582.8504
